Our commitment is to provide the best possible experience, minimizing stress and anxiety for our lovely pets on this important day!
Our schedules are meticulously planned, taking into account the size and the selected service. Here, there's no waiting for any pet. We don't use cages or kennels; we strictly adhere to the 'one pet in, one pet out' principle. And guess what? We have pets who LOVE to visit us! We believe that's due to the welcoming environment and careful approach of Angels Dogs & Cats. We're incredibly proud of it!
Fees for Pick-up After Service Completion
Our commitment to individualized and high-quality service is paramount to ensuring all our pet clients are promptly attended to after grooming.
When we send a notification indicating that your pet is ready for pick-up, it's crucial that you retrieve them promptly. Our tolerance limit is 15 minutes. While we adore each of our pet clients, it's essential that they're picked up on time to maintain the efficient operation of Angels Dogs & Cats.
To encourage punctuality and compensate for the additional time the professional has dedicated to your pet's care, we apply a late pick-up fee of $10 for every 1-hour period.
